Aurielle Lane ships from a US warehouse through a vetted fulfillment partner. Here's what to expect.

Where we ship

United States, Canada, United Kingdom, Australia, and the European Union. If your country isn't listed at checkout, email hello@auriellelane.com and we'll see what we can do.

Processing time

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. You'll receive tracking by email as soon as the package leaves the warehouse.

Delivery estimates

  • United States: 7–14 business days via USPS or UPS.
  • International (Canada, UK, Australia, EU): 10–21 business days. Customs clearance can occasionally add a few days beyond this window.

All orders include tracking. Once the carrier marks a package delivered, responsibility for the package passes to the recipient.

Customs, duties, and taxes

For international orders, the customer is responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or fees charged by the destination country. These are collected by the carrier or customs office at the time of delivery and are separate from the order total.

Lost or delayed packages

If tracking shows no movement for more than 10 business days, or if a package is marked delivered but you can't find it, email support@auriellelane.com with your order number and we'll open a trace with the carrier.

Address accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We can update an address before the package ships, but once it's in transit, we can't reroute it. Packages returned to sender due to an incorrect address are refunded minus the original shipping cost.
