We want you to love what you ordered. If something isn't right, here's how returns work at Aurielle Lane.
The basics
- You have 14 days from the delivery date to request a return.
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and returned with original tags attached.
- Accessories priced under $30 are final sale and cannot be returned.
- Refunds post to your original payment method within 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect the return.
Who pays for return shipping
- Standard returns: the customer pays return shipping. We recommend a tracked service so the package doesn't get lost in transit.
- Defects, damage in transit, or wrong item shipped: we cover return shipping. Email us within 7 days of delivery with photos and we will send a prepaid label.
How to start a return
- Email returns@auriellelane.com with your order number and the reason for the return.
- We will reply within 1–2 business days with the return address and instructions.
- Ship the item back. Once we receive and inspect it, your refund is processed.
International returns
The same 14-day window applies. International customers are responsible for return shipping and any duties, taxes, or customs fees on the return shipment. Original duties and shipping charges are not refundable.
