Return Policy

We want you to love your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, we accept returns within 14 days of delivery for store credit or exchange.

Eligibility

• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached.
• Final sale items (marked as such at time of purchase) are not eligible for return.
• Swimwear, intimates, and accessories are final sale for hygiene reasons.

How to Return

Email us at hello@auriellelane.com within 14 days of receiving your order with your order number and reason for return. We will provide return instructions within 1–2 business days.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will issue a store credit within 5–7 business days. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at hello@auriellelane.com and we will make it right.
